Red Bandol AOC - Cuvée India

Wine from Bandol terroir made up almost entirely of old Mourvèdre vines harvested at high phenolic maturity.

Assembled from three clay-limestone terroirs with different exposure:

To the East and South-East on skeletal soil and gravelly slopes. Harvested late september. To the North o clay substrate. Harvested early october.

Harvest 90% destemmed. This wine underwent long maceration (4 to 6 weeks) with punching of the cap, pouring over and delestage.
Barrel aged more than 18 months.Yields 30 hectolitres per hectare.

Bouteille de vin Nowat Blanc
